Do I have to go to every single meeting?
Well, no, but it is encouraged. Being involved in Diva Success Sisters is a commitment of 2 hours per month to build your business. At your meetings you will get exclusive training from The Party Plan Coach, the opportunity to network, spread the word about you and your business, and make friendships with other like-minded Party Plan Professionals. You will also have the opportunity to participate in The Sister System and Party Packs.
Can I bring friends to the meetings?
Absolutely – in fact, we encourage you to!
What is a Networking Mixer?
Think Speed –Dating for Party Plan Consultants! Tables are arranged with 4 chairs at each table. Depending on the size of your group, you will spend 8 minutes per “pod” letting each Member take a 2 minute turn explaining her business. At the end of 8 minutes, ring a bell and each member will jump up and move to another table. This is a FUN, fast paced event which will strengthen both the consultant’s communication skills, and the listening skills of her three other members in her pod. There does not need to be much organization to this – because you want to keep it fun and “spur of the moment” – just like our day to day networking is done while out doing daily errands.
How do I get paired up with another Success Sister?
In our industry, our success depends on relationships! With Success Sisters,we focus on just that. Each month you will have the option to be paired up with another Sister from your local Chapter. You can also share other ideas you have tried, go Gardening together, swap parties – the possibilities are endless.

Does it cost anything to start a Chapter?
There isn’t any cost from us, your only cost will be printing the materials to advertise your Chapter Launch. At the Launch you will choose the Sponsor for the next meeting. The Sponsor will pay $20 for a 10-15 minute presentation during the Monthly Meeting to highlight her product and hostess rewards. This money will be used for the handouts and training materials for the following Meeting. Sponsors are chosen at the meetings to present at the following meeting. Being a Sponsor is completely voluntary. *Note: Paid membership to Party Plan Divas is required to be a Chapter Founder.
How will you train me to do each meeting?
Upon acceptance as a Diva Success Sister Chapter Founder you will be asked to join our Secret Facebook Group. You will also be upgraded with your Divas Membership to access all of the Chapter Founder files.
Where are the best meeting locations?
We have found restaurants with separate meeting rooms to be the best locations for Diva Success Sisters Meetings. Because of the Networking Mixer, you will need to set up tables with 4 chairs at each, and will need plenty of room to be up and moving around quickly- this is easily done in private rooms of restaurants. It is also easy for new people to find, and most restaurants will reserve their rooms for free if everyone orders something from the menu.
How will I find people for my Chapter?
We have designed all of the tools you need to spread the word about your Chapter. On the Chapter Founders Page you will find brochures, flyers, our Official Press Release, and more. Also, as soon as your Chapter is established (meaning your Launch is set and ready) you will get your own page on the Party Plan Divas website as well as your own Message board thread.
Do I accept money from my Members?
No. New Members can fill out the Membership Forms at your meetings with their credit card numbers, or by writing a check made payable to Lynsey Jones – The Party Plan Coach. As a Chapter Founder it is your responsibility to either fax or mail in each new Members form. When you receive the Membership Form and Payment, you will then give her a New Members Packet. New members may also join online for monthly billing options.
Are there other perks to being a Chapter Founder?
As a Chapter Founder you will be the “face” of Party Plan Divas in your community. You will be looked to for information and support for all Party Plan Consultants and those looking to become Consultants. The sky is the limit on the community involvement that being Chapter Founder can bring. Also, as a Chapter Founder you will receive specific training directly from The Party Plan Coach, which you are encouraged and expected to share with your own personal team, as well as other Party Plan Divas in your community.
Can I start more than one Chapter?
Sure – in fact several of our Founders have! If you are in an area with several surrounding metro areas, you are welcome to start more than one Chapter. You will need to fill out a Chapter Founder Application for each Chapter, as each individual Chapter will have their own Facebook Group assigned. You will also get top priority advertising on ALL of your personally Founded Chapters – giving you more exposure in your area!
