Homesat Helper

According to recent studies, Homeschooling is on the rise.  Since 2008, more than two million children have been homeschooled.  Since then it is estimated that the number rises about 15% each year.  I know I personally considered Homeschooling my Tween after a tumultuous start to Middle School.  Because of this growing trend, the curriculum and resources for Homeschoolers has grown substantially.  Consultants  like Belinda Parrish, owner of Homesat Helper, an Independent Consultant for HomeWorks by Precept,  are helping to bring these resources to families all around the country.

HomeWorks by Precept Consultants have an ever increasing array of products and services to share with their customers. HomeWorks by Precept has year-round special offers, promotions and exciting materials to make learning exciting and challenging for students. Teaching and Learning for Understanding is our pledge, and coordinating all the materials to make this happen does not have to be a burden for the parent. HomeWorks by Precept endeavors to make the home schooling experience more gratifying and beneficial to the student and parent alike.

I received a box of books from Belinda that ranged from preschool to early readers all the way to a Woman’s Bible Study for me.  I will admit, up until I received these books, I thought that I really wasnt the right “market” for Belinda, since I do not Homeschool.  However what I realized is that Homeschooling or not, having good, quality reading available to my girls is crucial to their education.

HomeWorks By Precept is the quality source for homeschool Christian curriculum online. HomeWorks By Precept is comprised of expert consultants with many years of experience in the homeschool arena to help you your homeschooling and purchasing needs. We strive to continually exceed our customer’s expectations by providing expert advice with a broad range of quality Christian materials.

The girls and I have thoroughly enjoyed reading these books together before bed.  The Early Reading books have spawned great questions from my Tween and have lead to several heart to heart conversations that might otherwise never have happened.   The Tween has especially liked Derwood, Inc as it is set in her home state of Wisconsin and deals with issues of “bad guys” and bullies in a positive way.   I have enjoyed getting into Meeting Him, a story about 16 women from the Bible, and how they met and interacted with Christ.   It has been quite an enlightening read.

I know they we will continue reading the books from Belinda and Homesat Helper, now that I am no longer “pre judging” and thinking that the books are not for us, since both of my girls go to public school.  Instead I would venture to even say these books are JUST as important to them, as they handle the big issues that all children and Tweens face, whether they Homeschool or not.

I am very excited to be able to offer one of my readers their very own set of Books from Belinda Parrish, owner of Homesat Helper.
