From the Epicure site:

“Sylvie Rochette founded Epicure in 1997 with a passion to share the healthy eating solutions she had created for her family. Today, Sylvie and her daughter, CEO Amelia Warren, are uniting time-starved families that want to reconnect across the table to share good food, eat healthier, and live better.

At Epicure, we are a community that unites and inspires each other to rally around healthy eating. Epicure is dedicated to sharing delicious meal solutions that use only real, whole ingredients you can trust, while never ever compromising on taste.”

Our featured product is the Southern Baked Gluten Free Crumb Mix

Michai sent in this description of the product:

“A shake-in-bake mix for veggies or meat proteins without additives or preservatives. All the taste of fried without the guilt.”

This crumb mix was super easy to use. I threw it into a ziplock bag and cut up tofu one piece at a time in the same to coat it. I added some olive oil on the baking pan and flipped the tofu nuggets in that about midway through (I initially tried to do it oil free but figured I could use the oil to add some crunch).

I did manage to overcook it a little bit as I cooked it first with the over setting and then for too long on the air fry setting. So don’t do that, lol!

Love an easy dinner option, though, and will be using more of these “shake and bake” style crumb mixes.
