Direct Sales Recruiting Games are a great way to really highlight your Opportunity, and to teach people more about what you do and how you do it, in an entertaining way. We TRULY â€œParty for a Livingâ€ and these Games will help to really show that.

Remember with Recruiting you never want to focus on just one benefit of our business. Highlight all of them â€“ income potential, social time, make your own schedule, control your paycheck, etc.
Big Money/Little Money
Have two volunteers come up. Explain that both of these ladies are wonderful, but that they could use a little extra money each month. Ask them if they would like more money.
They usually say “yes” Ask the first one what her favorite place to shop is. Whatever she answers, say that she has just got a
The second lady is going to be a brand NEW _____________ consultant on my team. Yay! I am so excited, are you excited??? They say “yes”
The first lady goes to work and she likes her job. Tonight she works 4 hours and earns $10 an hour. So she earns $40.
Reach to some play money and say, “Oh I forgot, she gets paid on Friday.” Tell her to get her
Ask the second lady when she would like to work this week. She has a party and earns (whatever your company average is). Explain that she gets her money right away and she earns $_____. Give her huge, laminated bills! Continue back and forth.
When Friday comes, the first lady gets her check. She loses 25% immediately to taxes. She buys items from her store and comes home with $50 tiny dollars.
At the end of the week, the new consultant has (insert the average here). Now, she has tax obligations, too, but she also has new deductions that she can take for owning her own business.
Ask both ladies to hold up their earnings to the group and ask, “Who made the BIG money?” Then just sum up with, “let me know if you or someone you know might like a bit of BIG money in their lives!”
First, take the hearts and another suit out of a deck of cards. Keep them separate. You will also need 2-3 prizes – wrapped or unwrapped!
At your show, tell the guests that you are giving them the opportunity to ask questions about your businessâ€¦and only your businessâ€¦stress they can ask you anything at all!
Explain to them that as they ask a question, you will give them one of the heart cards. The more questions they ask, the more cards they get, and the better the chance they have of winning.
Guests will ask you a total of 13 questions. When all of the heart cards are gone, let your guests know that the question time has ended and that the
Using the other suit of cards, pick a card, call out the number, and let the winner pick a prize. Let her know that she shouldn’t get too attached to it.
When the 3rd/4th card is called and/or all the gifts have been handed out, let the guest know that she can now steal a prize from someone who already has a gift. The game continues from there until the last card is called.
Life Saver Game
This is a fun twist to recruiting. Take rolls of 5 flavor Lifesaver candies (the small, mini rolls will do). At your presentations, open a roll of Life-Savers and give everyone one.
Announce that just as you wouldn’t eat candy in front of them without sharing with EVERYONE –not just a select few–you want to share with everyone why your business can be a lifesaver for them.
Then ask, “Do you feel like you are going in circles, like this candy? You don’t know the beginning from the end.” Well, here’s a lifesaver for each of you!
Now ask, who has a YELLOW LIFESAVER? Yellow means I have a BRIGHT BUSINESS…it’s a happy environment because I get to show people like you how to use our products, give gifts to wonderful hostesses, share my business with people who want to work in a bright, happy business, all while helping my family by earning more and being home.
Speaking of HOME, who has a RED LIFESAVER? Red means LOVE. I love to work from home with the people I love most. And, I also love our products and showing others how to profit from our products by doing parties.

Use this rhyme for direct sales recruiting. Have guests keep score. The winner would make a great consultant. Have guests write their names down on the index card they use to keep score. Any with the â€œ25â€ ending points should be followed up with about an opportunity interview.
If any selling you have done before, put down 10 as the start of your score. If you have a car and are able to drive, the thing you must do is just add 5.
If some extra money is what you would like, add 10 more, which is just right. A little spare time will add to your score, for this you may add 15 more.
If you like people and think they are grand, add 6 more to see where you stand. Add 10 points if you think parties are fun, and when you add this you are almost done.
